When i open any of my apps there will be a notification that shows "app not working or wait" . This shows only just for a second. These are happened after the updation. Please take necessary action

try these steps hopefully it will help to resolve
A. Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
(Connect with type C cable and connect withpc/laptop only for Android 11 )
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.
B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.
C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.

Perform normal phone reset settings once
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

You should follow these steps
1- Restart your phone at least once in a week( You can schedule for that if you want I can tell you, you wouldn't need to do it manually)
2- Have less app, which is usefull
3- Reset your phone once in 3-4 month, It makes your phone smoother and feel new
