How do I get out of Full-screen Incoming Call?

I'm not sure when does it happen but it does happen every now and then. I can't basically see or swipe from bottom to see Home button nor can I scroll down from notification area. I basically have to wait until the call disconnects to use my phone.

Don't judge me lol I often let the phone ring instead of outright disconnecting.

If you are not liking full screen caller option, then change it

or tap on home button>then swipe down notification panel

open dialer >click on 3dot>settings >call display while using app and set mini pop(keep call in mini pop up
