I have noticed that before any incoming call there's a short pop up showing at the bottom of the screen as Forwarded call which stays for 4-5 second before the call screen shows up... 

I have checked that there's no call forwarding is active 

Any idea what's wrong?

Yes, but as I mentioned that there's no call forwarding is activated from settings, I cross checked it
