Hi, I didn't face the problem again after I uninstalled the SMS Organizer app by Microsoft. Think of any such apps you might have installed which has permissions to change System Settings, try uninstalling it and monitoring for a few days.
even i was thinking that it's the SMS Organizer app that interfered somehow bcos it got Reset too. I'm uninstalling it if Samsung is unable to find the root cause of this.
