My Home screen folders disappeared, why? how to restore?

i didn't do any reset of settings and all thr folders vanished automatically.

1. how did that happen?

2. how can i restore it?

I had changed the wallpaper but my folders were Present. Before screenshot is a screenshot i had taken when i organized my apps in folders first.

p.s i also removed SIM 1 and placed SIM 2 in SIM 1 slot, does it make a difference?

as i said, i did not do anything. neither cleared any data from any apps nor reset any settings.

did you resetting system, btw you can bring again from homescreen

i did not reset anything. there was a messaging app of Microsoft named SMS Organizer. It vanished from the Home Deck too.

and not inside even?

it's there inside but when i opened it, it wad again asking for Permissions like an app asks when we open it the first time.
This app got reset somehow and I'm thinking it messed up my home screen folders too 🥺

so you have to start with allowing permission

yes..I had already give it permission and i was using it since almost a week seamlessly. It stopped working and my Folders disappeared too.🥺

don't know what happened exactly 🤔🤔 ,just uninstall it and install again
