Back Panel problem

My device samsung m34 silver color is facing some issues on back panel . Color is getting patched so many scratches even after using soft cover .

And so many holes are forming on back panel

If you don't use good quality cover, these results are expected.

And i don't think so that samsung make official coverss So i can use it

They said that they can't do anything this happens because of moisture and they can't do anything but i don't open my cover so often but why did this happened idk

M35 back panel also very low quality and thin, when I slide finger,I can feel the Battery, now I am confused that this due to back thin back panel or my battery get little swell.
