I charge my brother redmi note 8 18w charger . it will quickly charge in my m30s. it will support. bro only use emergency time to charge. you did not use daily . use samsung charger

In emergency you can use but in general you aren't supposed to use other chargers.
Because the charger supplied with your phone is specifically designed according to the charging input your phone can handle. Using other charger is risky for your phones hardware as well as battery life.

you charge it using 18w if you dont love your device or battery you can do it
just think you can eat 15 glass of water highest at a time but if you gave 18 glass can you eat

even in emergency do it at least possible because it would surely damage the battery

First, your device only supports 15watt charging..second, its highly recommended to use original adapter provided inside the box..so your device won't take more than 15 watt charging limit..and charging with different adapter may harm your drvice(like hang/delayed touch respnse)...so,better avoid it..
