I have purchased F41 few days ago.But the main issue is battery charging with the 15watt inbox charger.
The maximum output current flowing around 1250 mA.
While I am charging my redmi note 7 pro with that charger the ourput current flowing around 1900 mA.
I think battery size with charging speed not matters as tried using 3-4 phones of different battery capacity.

So I am requesting to everyone here please raise this issue with Samsung technical team.
@samsung please resolve this issue asap by OTA.
I think software is blocking the charging speed above that ampere.

Thanks.

I don't think that's a software issue...may be Samsung had customized the software to do so..there may be any specific reason can't say..😅

it is not an issue.
& does not need any fix.
Just look at surface of Charger.
15 W = 9V*1.45 Amp or 5V*3 Amp.
Samsung is giving 9 volt here while Xiaomi chose to go with 5 Volts (as most of their devices are on 10 watt = 5V * 2 amp).
I hope I cleared your doubt.
