M33 5G is not charging issue

After latest software update My samsung galaxy M33 5G is not charging by any samsung adapter ( 15 w or 25 w) but charging when connecting usb with computer. Other features like file transfering are not working .

I tried with different adapters and cables which are working on other devices but not in mine.

When i am using local charger my device is charging.

Please help anyone have solution

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps.

Check connectivity & charger functionality: Please check whether the charger cable and adapter are fixed well. Remove the charging cable and reconnect with the mobile phone properly.

Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.
Note: Kindly open Device Care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3dots (more option) at the top right-hand side > Please select settings> Enable fast cable charging.

Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. Charge the device in switch-off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Please check the back panel of your device's physical condition (Bulge, Swelling, or visible damage).

If the physical condition is not good: Request you to turn off the device immediately and please do not try to charge or tamper with the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.

I also have same issue.. it happened few months ago. Then it went away and now it's back again.. It only happens with samsung charger. I am able to charge with other phone brand charger. I bought new samsung charger and cable twice. This is software relates issue. Team please fix it in new update.
