Boat Airdopes441- Connectivity issue

Hi, I am using my Boat Airdopes 441 from last one year with Samsung M51 it was working fine but after updating software if I use both Airdopes(L&H) only left side one is working if I use Right side alone it is working fine, I have cross checked airdopes with other devices it is working fine. Kindly help me to solve this issue.

1. Just reset you earbuds once to be safe (the procedure is simple and can be found in the earbuds manual)

2. Mark 'Forget' for the 441 airbuds in the Bluetooth menu and then reconnect

3. Clear cache of Bluetooth

Thank you for the information additional above I did Reset app preferences+Choose default app+ cross checked in safe mode also, kindly suggest other ways to sort out the issue

Not reset app preference but reset the earbuds themselves. Just keep both of them in the case and touch the buttons for 5-10 seconds and they will get reset.

I did earbuds rest but problem remain same with M51, I have cross checked this ear earbuds with other devices with other devices it is working fine.

Ok go to app > click on the highlighted option (refer to my screenshot) > toggle on show system apps > then search for Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Data
