Galaxy FWell, try installing another launcher such as Microsoft Launcher from the Play Store. Stay in the Play Store page until the launcher is fully installed and Play Store shows the Open option. Then, simply click the home screen. A popup will appear asking you which launcher you want to use. Select the launcher you have installed (ex. Microsoft Launcher, Smart Launcher, etc. ) and click Always below. Then go through the setup process of your respective launcher and done! This may solve problems for you (and probably even help you customize your phone to your heart's content!). And for WiFi, check if it's resolved with the new launcher. If not, get the WiFi thing fixed in the service center. Then, you can check whether One UI Home is functioning properly with the phone along with WiFi, else just continue using the launcher you installed.
To change the launcher after you changed it to the one you installed, go to Settings > Apps > Choose default apps > Home app > One UI Home or the launcher of your choice.
