Samsung mobile keep restarting automatically

I'm having Samsung F23,

Samsung device keep restarting automatically without any warning, not able to Enable WiFi also, i think wifi adapter is the root cause of the this issues

I have tried factory reset also but nothing worked

Intelligent wifi

Click 6 likes at last
Intelligent wifi

Open connectivity labs
Go to
wifi developer option

Click
Restart wifi subsystem
