This happens when your widevine certificate downgrades to L3. You can try below steps to restore the certificate 1. Make sure that all the google play updates are installed. Please clear catche and clear data of this app then uninstall and reinstall this app then try to it's again.also reset all settings of your's device in general management settings then try to it's again.
