Video quality in youtube

I have recently purchased Samsung galaxy A35, while watching youtube I observed that when switching to 4k60fps setting, the phone automatically scales down to 480p and locks in it.

This is strange because while playing normal videos (not 60fps) it will go upto 4k but only happens in 4k60fps setting.  (See thevideo)

P.S. it will play smoothly upto 2k60fps as well.

This might be a minor thing but now that I have observed it now it's difficult to ignore.

Same issue I am also facing in my mobile(A35).

Funny thing is that my older device m21 can play it

This is a problem existed since the launch of the device that they haven't been able to fix so far. Ridiculous! They know this problem exists but they aren't doing anything about it!

Sending error report and all that they just ask for but ultimately they do nothing with that data to fix this problem..

Yeah I just bought the a35 on 30th September 2024 still they have not fixed it yet

I'm also facing the same issue in my a54. This needs to be resolved.
