SIM Settings

Hello everyone. I am using Galaxy A54 mobile with one eSiM & one physical SIM. The problem is that I can't use services of both the SIM's simultaneously as there is only one option for choosing one SIM as primary for calls & data. Even the dialer doesn't give the option to chose which SIM for calling. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanking in anticipation

I don't think A54 habe eSim releated facility..can you share sim setting screenshot where all are showing

Yes bro my phone does have e-sim support.

Physical SIM should be on SIM slot 1 for using both Physical and eSIM together. Try long press on Dialer button to switch calling via secondary SIM

There's only one Physical SIM slot in my phone and others are e-Sim. I don't have any option in SIM Manager where I can assign different sets of instructions for each sim

i'm using galaxy a54 5g . though it has dual physical sim but it doesn't have this problem

Mine is single physical sim with 4 E-SiMs support
