Online chat feature in Samsung message isn't working

Online chat feature (RCS) isn't working i am always trying to register my number but problem still same wait i have a screen recording i will show u and sir please check this video and solve this problem because I'm not want to use Google message for RCS Because Samsung provide online chat feature in Samsung message and i hope u all solve my problem. Thank You

It has happened to me numerous times. Try to turn on and off flight mode once. I don't know the actual reason. But keep trying once it will register.

Bro install google messages,
Register for chat in there,
then turn off chat features in Google messages.
And then try turning on chat features in samsung messages it should work for you too
