Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
We want to inform you that while using the device the sometime unresponsive touch screen issue occur due to varies factors like software glitches, physical damage, or issues with accessories. To improve your experience, we recommend using the Touch Sensitivity feature for better touch recognition and performance.
However, If you ghost touche issue while using the Touch sensitivity feature, you can follow the below given steps to resolve the issue.
● Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.
● Check your charger: If your charger is damaged, it may not supply power to your device, which may cause the touch screen to malfunction. In this case, use a different, undamaged charger to prevent this issue. It’s also a good idea to avoid using the touchscreen when the device is charging.
● How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.
Furthermore, Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concerns.
▶ Galaxy device Battery drainage issue: Note: Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of battery and battery performance.
1. Perform Battery Optimization: Go to Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory.
2. Check device network fluctuation.
Avoid usage in areas with low network/fluctuation.
3. Adjust screen timeout settings: Go to Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select the minimum screen timeout.
4. Check which application is or interface is using more battery from device care and try to update app or avoid using that app.
6. Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data etc.
Open notification panel > Turn off auto sync option.
▶ Galaxy device heating issue: 1.Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Decrease the screen brightness.
3. Close background running apps.
4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.
6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.
7. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Check for software update > If Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
8. Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.
• For this:
• Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next
Please follow the below steps to reset the device: Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tap on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)

Nevertheless, you can chager the device according the usage of device battery twise or three in a day.

Galaxy AMeans you will not provide a charger.You will not give option of sd card but only dual sim.You will not give functionality of headphone jack and in usb type c also making sure that no any other vendor device works for wired headphones.
100% your say on the product.
What else you need from a customer like us ??Finally we have only our clothes to give you that we wear.You want those ?
