Galaxy Ahello guys,
few days ago samsung A33 got update . after that update mobile screen started freezing and ghost touch. last day it was completly freezed. sometimes issue resolves after force restart but this time it wasnt works. there are lots of issues after update like battery health. because of mobile is out of warranty customers are stuck in it. because of this issue occures after update and these is no physical damage on mobile customer care person is not solving issue of it . same after update problems happend in S21 ans few more where samsung provided free repair. So why not in A33. i am warning to A33 users to do not update device because samsung will not do anything for us. i tried all process which customer care person told me. even i done factory reset. not there are 3-4 line spaces where touch is not working completly and ghost touch is happening. i am using it with mouse right now . i hope this message finds samsung upper class representive well.

Galaxy AIt's issue from your side it happened just because your update instead of tell customer to go to service center just release new update with solution. That would be helpful for many people. What should that technical team would do in software error in latest updates from your side. Roll out new updates asap. As a customer we actually frustrated and fed up.
