AOD automatically turns off

My A71's AOD automatically turns off. I have done everything except Factory reset of my device. I always select 'Show Always' option. Deleted the storage of AOD app. Reseted settings and accessibility settings. Please help me.

When does your AOD turns off? Time or any specific scenario?

I think it’s take 5-8 minutes. After this time when I unlock and lock the phone agin it turns off. And I have to turn it on again.

Go to AoD in settings and>> select show always options by tapping AoD option
