Samsung A34 5g One ui 7.0 issues


1.Whenever I use Twitter on browser when any video plays after few minutes the screen gets green and within 10 seconds the mobile restarts automatically same thing happening when I join video call these time the mobile also gets heated.

2.When I turn on mobile data and Hotspot together it's automatically turns on bluetooth though turn it off after 4 attempt only it stops.

3.After One ui 7.0 update all in app calls like telegram,signal,Botim etc voice call are voice delayed for both sender and receiver of the call first 5minutest call was proper after afterwards a 20 second delay in hearing the both person's voice.

1st issue also happened in m35 5g when play videos on chrome. Screen goes green and phone lags too much but after removing chrome from background it's return to normal

Yeah it's goes normal when I close the chrome app but need to use the Twitter in browser before one ui 7.0 I didn't face any of the issues.

One ui 7.0 tooks almost 7-10 months waiting since it's available to S series mobiles.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. I've A34 and it is working fine

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
