If it's middle eastern version and not bought from amazon or noon u can take it to service center to check it .. coz sometimes they sell chinese version on amazon and noon and they have network issues

I am also using the same problem. I am living in Dubai, a good 5g coverage area. Still not getting 5g. Only one time it showed 5g symbol, Then it never came. 4g+LTE Is working perfectly.
