Here are some steps you can suggest to troubleshoot the “Camera Failed” error on a Samsung phone:
Restart the Camera App:
Go to Settings > Apps > Camera.Tap Force Stop and then Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Restart the Device:
Hold down the Power button and select Restart.
Update Software:
Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to ensure the device is running the latest software.
Reset Camera Settings:
Open the Camera app, go to Settings, and select Reset Settings.
Safe Mode:
Restart the phone in Safe Mode to check if any third-party apps are causing the issue. To do this, hold the Power button, then tap and hold Power Off until the Safe Mode option appears.
Clear Cache Partition:
Turn off the device, then press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears. Use the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe Cache Partition and press the Power button to select it.
Factory Reset (as a last resort):
Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Make sure to back up your data first.
Contact Samsung Support:
If none of the above steps work, it might be a hardware issue. Contact Samsung Support or visit a service center for further assistance.
