Hello everyone did anybody facing any problems in 5g after may and June update for a52s 5g?

If you done with basic troubleshooting only hard resetting is left, pls do back up and go for it or wait for the next update, if it's not a specific issue, Samsung soon takeup issue and provide update💙

I already did hard reset.. but nothing happened till now 🙂

Sent error reports to Samsung using members app and wait for the next update, can u point out the exact problem here?

Yes .. actually the phone was working very good 5g network untill may and June update .. when I put on 5g it's convert to 4g quickly and I did everything hard reset.. another sim card.. contacting Samsung members .. all from 1 month now but no useful... Also the people on YouTube say some problems like me

Hello,

Kindly try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. You may reboot the phone, and If the issue still exists please check the matter with the service provider.
