Bluetooth & Battery so Bad

I have Samsung A73 , i had old problems with Android v12 UI 4 it's make Bluetooth headset very low , while i have already other Samsung note 8 working with the same headset very well , published here before fornthe problem and wait the update to fix it but unfortunately and found new problem with Android 13 UI 5 , battery draining fast , it was one issue now became two issues, 
So tell how long we will get issues with new updates and didn't fix it , and your support team keep ignoring us , 
I tried to reset my network settings, 
Unpair & pair my headset again ,
But still the problem exists, 
Your support team doesn't answer in chatting help ??

Hello MohammedBaddali,

You battery maybe draining fast as you haven't turned on Adaptive Battery. This can be done by the following steps:

Settings> Device Care> Battery> Additional Battery Options> Adaptive battery.

As the the headset, please unpair the device then go to Settings> Apps> search Bluetooth> Clare cache> And connect the headset to your device.


Also, please be aware that there may be bugs in the software. Please be patient with samsung as the developers are working hard to provide us with better user experience. Up-vote this thread if this was helpful.

Thanks for your fast replay , but you must know that i already using Adaptive battry from the first day to buy my phone ,
And for headset i did all troubleshooting, unpair , clear cach , reset network settings, but still the same problem,
All of that against my old phone note 8 nothing from this all issues 😒

I did all instructions on the topic but still the headset voice is very low , 🤷‍♂️

Hello,

 

Please follow the below steps:

 

Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Settings

Try to connect your headset again.

If the headsets are not working in a proper way, then the headset is not compatible with the device.

I swear i did it many time , my headset is airpod pro and it was working fine with the same phone untill i update it , till now headset is working very well with another phone samsung note 8 without any problems 🤷

Plus that not only me reported the same problem , with new software made Bluetooth headset vey low just try to check the posts was reported on it here in community or google it 😀
