Go to Settings -> Biometrics and security -> Secure Folder. Proceed to set up Secure Folder. You will have to enter your Samsung account credentials during the process for verification purposes
Thanks mr Ramy for your help, I think it is not hardware , the hand free work fine after restart this cell phone, and it's working on another phone well.
