#Samsung A71 mic working after restart

Hi ,my cellphone is Samsung A71 ,every day i have to restart my phone , if i didn't restart, while I am having a call my mic is not working 😕, even through the hand free is not working. Why this problem? How i can fix it without losing my data, thanks 😊

Try the following test code
*#0283# from the dialler pad .
There is theee tests one of them test the hand free mic .
Hear your voice to examin the mic hardware .
Otherwise it will be a software issue , try to disable the Bixby & the Google app , finally a hard master reset is required .

Mr Ramy ,this is the result while I am having a hand free is on and Bixby is disabled, does i need to hard master reset and there no solution?

Based on this screen the hand free is not recognized , make another try using a different hand free .
If still not recognized so the most properly that there is a hardware faillure on the phone socket or on the mother board and you will have to visit the maintenance as soon .

Thanks mr Ramy for your help, I think it is not hardware , the hand free work fine after restart this cell phone, and it's working on another phone well.
