Why some of my screen recorded vedios are not playing in gallery but playable in Google photos.Its shows "something went weong". Now you will say "restart your phone,clear cache apps邏" but why?Sometimes youtube quality shifts to 480p, sometime sreen...

I have samsung S9 FE+ and it has 2k display but when i choose 1440p or sometimes 1080p it automatically shifts to 480p and shows that the max quality is 480p
