We are on call on one sim, is its possible to get messages if a call comes on the other sim?

I can't redeem reward points from samsung wallet 

I changed call layout but when doning and receiving call show old layout, many time restart my phone but still have same issue.

When was i play video on youtube but video didn't play so please help to solve this issue in my s21fe

When i connected any Bluetooth speakers,buds and nick band then play music so voice coming from mobile speaker not coming from Bluetooth products and i used on call all Bluetooth products then functional work. #samsung team
