Try to check for Google play store update from setting itself that sometimes may be issue but I never experience this issue unless with apk apps

Then do as mentioned uninstall and reinstall these application should fix the problem

This issue isn't an issue did u install these applications as apk or from playstore? If from playstore uninstall and reinstall them but from my knowledge only apps can't be updated cuz they installed as apk not from playstore

You may have international phone which doesn't support samsung pay did u try Google wallet?
