Has anyone figured out what is going on with the Google App Store not installing/updating apps as of late? I've scrubbed it clean, un-installed and reinstalled, but it's still not working for me? Any other fix?

As the title says. Is there a way to remedy this? Have already cleared data and cache and restarted phone several times. The problem remains.
