When will be Watch 7 getting the One UI 8 version. I have heard that samsung is skipping One UI 7 for watches and directly dropping One UI 8. Any clues?

I had edited and highlighted a pdf from my S23 Ultra and while opening on phone the lines are visible in the pdf. But at the same time the same file opened in PC is not showing these highlighted lines.What can I do to fix this?
