I updated my phone to one ui 4.0 last night (12/01) and had full charge when I slept, woke up with 74% charge(barring alarms) but now it's 12:20pm on 13th and with minimal usage it's on 21%. There seems to be a huge battery issue with the new update....
I don't know if it's the app in itself or if the beta version has made it worse but a lot of times the keyboard fails to load or there is just a black box which is blank. I have to restart the app in order to use the keyboard
Also just to clarify, the Samsung customer care themselves did not know how to fix the issue after i almost had a conversation of 30 mins with them and they rerouted me to the same procedure that we all have tried previously. So do give this a try

Connect you phone to a PC via USB cable and then switch it off. Switch on by holding power and volume up button and then hold till you see the Samsung logo.
