Hi guys. My secure folder won't open. It keeps crashing on my S21 ultra. Then it says this (picture below)When I got the phone it was rooted. Could this be a contributing factor? My smart view doesn't work either.

Hi guys. My secure folder won't open. It keeps crashing on my S21 ultra. Then it says this (picture below)When I got the phone it was rooted. Could this be a contributing factor? My smart view doesn't work either.

My phone is new and it's telling me its rooted to I can't use Samsung pass It also won't allow me to check updates, it keeps saying Registration failed I can't use my Smart View either Please HELP how do I fix all of this
