Secure Folder

Hi guys. 

My secure folder won't open. It keeps crashing on my S21 ultra. Then it says this (picture below)

When I got the phone it was rooted. Could this be a contributing factor? 

My smart view doesn't work either.

Yes. Secure folder, Samsung pass, and some other Samsung apps won't work properly or won't work at all on a rooted device because those apps have detected an unauthorised software modification. Rooting also voids the warranty of the device and makes your device less secure.

Yah. You might need to consider unrooting the phone by flash stock software
