Samsung wallet is launched officially in saudi arabia but when it will be available for download in palystore??

I have Samsung A50. I purchased this cell phone in May 2019. But the problem is my mobile's software has not been upgraded even once, since i purchased it. What can be the problem??? Why my mobile do not gets software updates???
