Software Update Problem

I have Samsung A50. I purchased this cell phone in May 2019. But the problem is my mobile's software has not been upgraded even once, since i purchased it. What can be the problem??? Why my mobile do not gets software updates???

I have also purchased my Galaxy A50 from Saudi Arabia in May 2019. I received first few software updates but now since the October update it has stopped. When I check for new updates it shows your phone is up to date. I don't know what's the reason.
