it happened to me a few times (a72 as well), and in these cases, i just restart by pressing the volume down and power button until the screen turns off. works most of the time, but unfortunately, i don't know what causes it.
enter the files app and check for the recently downloaded files. delete the apk files. as someone else mentioned, you could find an app with a blank icon, delete it.
