With the new update I got the watch maker on my watch 4 but its not let me customize! When I choose a face and press unlock but nothing happen. Anyone know something about it ?

I have a S22 ultra.I changed  my AR emoji look but it is not  updating in the messages & whatsapp. It's asking for update but nothing happen.Also when i using the camera with it the Clothes on the Ccharacter has different pattern & color.
