In case you didn't know, Samsung removed 'clear system cache'(amongst other things) in the recovery menu since the February update. There's only factory resetting and restarting the device now.Personally, I'm annoyed by it as that option helped a lot...

The error happens when the app timeouts from trying to load the posts or during major update rollouts(noticed it happening a lot when One UI 7 & 8 were rolling out).It's a "it's not you it's me" type situation 
