On Samsung a34 sim slot 1 is not working on 5G .. why ???

Last 3 days I'm facing issues for my jio 5G network.. it only works like 2/3 mins then automatically shifted 4G .. I've tried airplane mode, restart , consulted jio provider .. but nothing works .. what can i do ??
