Jio 5g issue on Samsung A34

Last 3 days I'm facing issues for my jio 5G network.. it only works like 2/3 mins then automatically shifted 4G .. I've tried airplane mode, restart , consulted jio provider .. but nothing works .. what can i do ??

Yeah i have been having the same problems, smh changing the Sim from 1st slot to Sim 2 slot fixed most of it for me.

If Jio 5g always available in location then network resetting in settings, 5g selection and restarting phone can solve or customer service.
