Is there anyway to get stable 120hz in galaxy f23 5g instead of adaptive refresh rate?

I bought f23 5g. One ui 4.1 laggs alot and many apps not taking 120hz properly and hiccups alot. Youtube is the most laggingAny solutions !!!!???

Anyone success in viewing hdr in youtube? When I made full screen in youtube,  the brightness is same and even quality is same. No HDR !!!Pls help !!!!
