I have samsung A52 SM-A525F/DS, i jave jazz sim issue is that when ever I open mobile data only 2g works instead of 4g. is anyone else having the same problem or this problem is in my sim?

I cant use 4g/volte on my Samsung galaxy A52 SM-A525F/DS, I have jazz sim and I am facing this issue for a long time. My sim is even 4g, please tell the solution.
