Mobile data issue

I have samsung A52 SM-A525F/DS, i jave jazz sim issue is that when ever I open mobile data only 2g works instead of 4g. is anyone else having the same problem or this problem is in my sim?

Depends if Jazz signals in your area are weak for everyone or just on your phone only, try and get your SIM replaced, go to settings, connections, mobile networks and change network mode of Jazz to LTE/3G/2G, you can also call Jazz helpline and ask them to send internet settings for your model

Jab ap ne jazz ki sim mobile mein dali thi tab ap ko jazz ki taraf se setting msg received hua tha
Agar hua tha tu kya ap ne woh setting installed kar li thi?

even mere bhai ke pass bhi jazz ki sim hai or uske phone mein chal rha hai, upper VoLte bhi likha araha hai
