I cant use 4g/volte on my Samsung galaxy A52 SM-A525F/DS, I have jazz sim and I am facing this issue for a long time. My sim is even 4g, please tell the solution.

I can't see the problem here. Volte is network dependent service. Sometimes its available and sometimes it's not. Same case is with my phone.

bro I can't even use 4g, whenever I open mobile data only 2g works. my brother also has jazz sim he can use 4g easily

I guess you should visit jazz office and share your issue with them. Try changing your Sim. This may solve your issue.

Yes. Get a new physical Sim Card of this number.

Contact 111 and ask them to activate VOLTE service only then it will work.

You have to change the SIM.. Get your new duplicate SIM from frenchise or service center.
