whwn someone sends me an audio file specifiacally a song...when i try cut the song time means..i try to listen it from middle at once...it starts to give noisy effects...i have gone to service centre but of no use...there they only updated my phone.....

my c9 pro is getting a major heating problem quickly...during charging and normal use...how do I stop it from being heated up?
