c9 pro massive heating problem

my c9 pro is getting a major heating problem quickly...during charging and normal use...how do I stop it from being heated up?

Bhai Tera Jo phone q heat hora q ke Tera phone me 1)6 gb ram he 2)internal storage 64 gb he 3) Tera processer octa core he iss liye Tera mobile heat hora..... TO ab teko ye karna he ki..... Apna Mobile me Jada space wala game nahi rakhna he aur Jada space wala movie nahi rakhna he Matlab koi bhi chez limit me karna he na na kam na Jada OK ☺️

mera phn mei ek v gama nhi hain...kyuki main games nahi khelta...aur movies ki to baat hi nahi uthti..bas do hafte hue hain phn kharide hue...so koi v movies nahi hain

bhai essa nhi hota hai. Bro it's software problem some time. so try flash your phone 1 time go nearest service centre & tell them to flash your phone. If it's software problem then it will solve out.

Samsung sucks cos of 2 reasons ...
1.my note5 handed to Samsung Malaysia service center and they had disposed the set without inform me... we are foreigners and we might not Travel whenever we need..
2. I bought c9pro from Indian trivendrum and 1st day it self there was a message appear to be your device is overheating and when I asked Samsung Shop they told it's only a virus from one of the application tried Factory reset still it goes Same.. when I call them they asking me to go to service center and bla bla... Samsung sucks..

I called the customer support.they changed some of the settings..but the problem is still the same...the customer care sucks...
