c9 pro massive heating problem

my c9 pro is getting a major heating problem quickly...during charging and normal use...how do I stop it from being heated up?

From my experience with samsung mobile my first samsung mobile was s duos in2012. it comes with snapdragon processor . it heats too much. then my cousin send me samsung s5 from usa which comes with snapdragon processor it also heats. then i bought galaxy on5 low end phone for secondary mobile but it comees exynos varient and it does not heats too much and even play gta vc with no lag and witout heating . now i have bought a7 2016 which also not heating because of exynos cpu.
at last i want to say that only buy samsung exynos models because they are more efficient and samsung research on it alot because of their own.

dumping the phone in a bucket full of water may resolve the issue I think....dip some ice in water as well for better cooling 🤘

ok so solution..this soln worked for me however my phone didn't heat too much ..."switch off the phone and charge it overnight"...i was facing the heating issue and applying that worked...now it only heats in the time of charging...
