When will one UI 9 beta for S23 ultra release

Anyone got stable updates after leaving one UI beta program midway and didn't downgraded???? Iam not able to downgrade

After leaving the one UI 8.5 beta program iam not able to downgrade through smart Switch PC.....even though final stable build released 6-7 weeks ago itself in India I didn't received stable build till now ....
