It happened to me since one of those updates that Samsung provides to their phones. So now the MIC is facing the same problem as you plus the green screen issue
i guess nothing, especially now i started to notice a bad connection for the network while doing calls, When the screen became green during the call. so i think our phones are dead now and this are it's last days in life 臘♂️
